Ted Sturgeon is the Vice President of Programs and Curriculum for the Institute for Defense and Business, a non-profit, 501C (3) Research and Education Institute located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, www.IDB.org

Ted is a retired Marine Aviator, retiring in 2007.

Ted has been customizing executive education programs for senior leaders for the Department of Defense and the Private Sector in the fields of Industrial Operations, Logistics, Life Cycle Sustainment, Continuous Improvement and Innovation since joining the IDB. Ted has worked extensively across the industrial base through education programs, best-practice benchmarking, and continuous improvement workshops over the past 17 years.
