Profile

Strategic Partner – Scott Starrett joined Battle Group as a Strategic Partner in 2021. In this role, Scott supports the Firm’s aerospace efforts across partner company governance and strategy development, as well as investment sourcing, assessment and due diligence.

He provides advisory services to aerospace customers and is a coach volunteer at The First Tee, an organization focused on life skill development for young people through golf. He earned his BBA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Graduate Certificate in Government Contract Management from the University of St. Thomas.

Scott retired in late 2020 after a 40-year career in several leadership positions at Honeywell, Sikorsky (Lockheed Martin), and most recently StandardAero.
