Michael Cisek is a Senior Associate at AeroDynamic Advisory, a specialty consulting firm focused on the global aerospace and aviation industries. He spent 5 years as an active duty Naval Officer aboard a guided missile frigate (USS Crommelin) and a Nimitz-class aircraft carrier (USS Ronald Reagan).

Michael's experiences have dealt with both commercial and military clients in activities such as business strategy, mergers & acquisitions and customer satisfaction. Prior to AeroDynamic, Michael consulted on organizational change management activities for the US Air Force and managed programs in the training and simulation industry as well as for a Tier 1 aerospace supplier.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from The University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
