Profile

Emma Galarza currently works as a Senior Engineer in Delta Air Lines' Technology Development Engineering group. She leads innovation regarding advanced inspection and sustainability related technologies. Emma started her career at Delta working on Damage Tolerance Analyses and Failure Investigations. She began research on drone programs for Delta TechOps in 2017. Prior to her return to Delta, she worked in Strategy and Operations at McMaster-Carr. She has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
