In her role as Senior Vice-President Airframe & Operations, Perwien oversees both the Base Maintenance and Line Maintenance Operations for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, which includes partners and customers worldwide.
Perwien began her career within Engineering & Maintenance 14 years ago. She held operational roles of increasing responsibility in both Base and Line Maintenance activities. With a strong focus on people and change management she has wide experience in improving and redefining maintenance processes and organizational structures.
