Nehal Reddy is a Partner and Associate Director within Boston Consulting Group’s Aerospace and Defense practice. She brings 25+ years of aviation experience with leadership roles in asset / network strategy, maintenance planning, MRO marketing / product development, and process engineering. She has consulted with airlines on strategic programs, merger and acquisition transition planning, and organizational change management. Prior to consulting, Nehal was General Manager for maintenance planning at Delta Air Lines with responsibility for aircraft routing, all airframe and line maintenance planning, engine planning, and forecasting, analysis, and strategic planning.
