Kim Ernzen was appointed Chief Operating Officer in May 2024. Prior to joining StandardAero, Ms. Ernzen served in a variety of leadership positions at Raytheon since 2014, including President, Naval Power, from April 2020 to May 2024, SVP, Air Warfare Systems, from November 2018 to March 2020, VP, Land Warfare Systems, from May 2017 to October 2018 and VP, Operations from March 2014 to May 2017.
During her three decades of experience in the aerospace industry, Ms. Ernzen has held multiple director and manager roles at Raytheon as well as general aviation experience with Hawker Beechcraft and the former Raytheon Aircraft.
Ms. Ernzen holds an Executive M.B.A., a Master of Science in aerospace engineering and a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering all from Wichita State University.
