Rahul S. Ghai is Senior Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer for AAR, a leading provider of aviation services for commercial and government customers in more than 100 countries.
Rahul joined AAR in 2019 to lead the Digital Technology & Analytics organization and spearhead the digital transformation of AAR through technology initiatives that combine the digital enablement of AAR's businesses while driving an enterprise-wide IT transformation. In 2022, Rahul was elected a corporate officer.
Rahul has over 20 years of technology experience and previously served as Managing Director of Digital Technology for United Airlines. Rahul led multiple industry-leading transformations across United’s operational and commercial functions, most recently for the Inflight Services/Flight Ops and Tech Ops divisions. Prior to United, Rahul worked at Sterling Commerce and Deloitte Consulting, where he helped companies through the formulation and operationalization of digital and technology roadmaps.
Rahul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai, a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
