FDC Composites offers manufacturing services for composites parts in build-to-print or build-to-spec to Industries such as Aerospace, Defense and Transportation. FDC Composites offers services of advanced engineering to OEMs, integrators and MROs across North America and Europe. We take on prototyping, R&D, tooling, testing & certification, serial manufacturing, painting, and the integration of non-composite parts to structural and non-structural assemblies. We work with processes such as prepreg vacuumed infusion, wet layering, machining CNC 5 axis, autoclave and oven curing. FDC Composites is certified ISO9001 and AS9100.
