DuraCoatings is a FAA Part 145 Repair Station with EASA certification and can supply a dual release 8130-3 Airworthiness Tag. We have also obtained a DD-2345 form. Our processes include, Hard Chrome Plating, HVOF and Plasma spray, Sulfamate Nickel , LE Cadmium, NDT, Shotpeen, OD Grinding, ID Honing, polishing and more. We can handle a wide variety of components from platforms like Boeing (737-787) , C130, Embraer, Gulfstream, Falcon and more. Our capabilities include hard chrome plating and thermal spraying up to 30" OD and 21' components. We also have a 125" swing gap bed grinder for larger landing gear components.
