Dennis is a New York-based Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Aviation, Aerospace, Defense, and Government practice, specializing in Operations. He has over 25 years of operational experience, beginning with service as an operations officer, maintenance leader, and aviator in the US Marine Corps. Since leaving service, Dennis has developed deep functional domain experience as an industry executive and management consultant in the commercial and defense aviation aftermarket including MRO, supply chain, and manufacturing services.
As an industry executive, Dennis led global commercial operations and supply chain teams responsible for creating and implementing target operating models to support business strategies. He served as VP of Business Development for AAR Corp’s component MRO group and led sales, strategy, and customer service for APS, a global propeller and aircraft systems MRO. As a management consultant, Dennis specializes in unlocking value within operations through enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and developing and implementing strategic growth plans. His clients include some of the world’s top OEMs, MROs, and aviation services companies.
Dennis holds an MBA in Finance (With Honors) from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Control Systems Engineering (With Distinction) from the US Naval Academy. He is also a graduate of the US Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and holds a Lean Six Sigma certificate from Villanova University.
