Luke Meminger is the Director of Digital Fleet Management at United Airlines, based in Chicago, IL. Luke leads a team focused on scaling of predictive and prescriptive maintenance technologies, along with leading United’s cross-divisional Connected Aircraft strategy to better leverage aircraft connectivity and data to improve operations and customer service. Luke spent the prior four years leading Innovation Strategy in United’s Technical Operations division. He has more than 15 years of experience with connected technologies and prior experience in enterprise analytics, data strategy and embedding analytics in operational applications. He also served as a lead avionics engineer at United, and before joining the airline in 2012 served in the U.S. Air Force as a project engineer and product manager at the rank of Captain. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.Sessions
