Katya Brozyna is a senior member of Jefferies’ Aerospace & Aviation Investment Banking practice. With over ten years of experience, Katya specializes in advisory and capital raising for clients across commercial aerospace and aviation end markets globally. She has completed over 75 M&A, debt and equity transactions for MROs, distributors, operators, manufacturers, leasing companies and other sectors in the aviation landscape. Katya received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
