Jason received his A&P License from Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics, his bachelor’s degree from Eastern New Mexico University, and his MBA from Trevecca Nazarene University. In his twenty plus years in aviation his career has taken him from ExpressJet as Manager of Heavy Maintenance to his current role as Managing Director of the Embraer Commercial MRO operation in North America. His responsibilities include all hangar and component repair operations within the commercial MRO. His team provides more than 300 heavy maintenance visits and more than 10,000 component repairs annually. In his time working in heavy maintenance Jason has seen EAMS evolve from a completely paper environment to digital non-routines and is now moving to a fully digital hangar environment.
