Levi Schmidt is the Managing Director, Customer Excellence for EmpowerMX, a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions provider which enables the world’s leading airlines, MROs, and OEMs to more efficiently plan, execute, and optimize heavy maintenance, line maintenance, materials management, shops activities and component overhaul. In this role, Levi is responsible for the management of existing customer accounts and steering product development initiatives in order to gain efficiencies for customers by shortening maintenance turn-around times (TAT), increasing aircraft availability, and lowering cost per available seat mile (CASM) by improving workforce utilization, eliminating unproductive workflows, providing real-time visibility into task completion and aircraft status, and digitizing and automating historically paper-based processes and documentation.
Having been in aviation for nearly two decades, Levi has been fortunate enough to fulfill several roles in aviation maintenance, from technician, lead, project management, commercial programs, and planning director for a large and prestigious MRO. He joins EmpowerMX with his past experiences and continues to grow with the EmpowerMX customer base throughout the world.
