As the Director of Business Administration, Heavy Check and Maintenance Planning, Greg is responsible for leading these business units as well the Tech Ops Technology Support team for Tech Ops at Endeavor Air. In his role, he oversees MRO activities and contracts with vendors in addition to the on-site teams overseeing the maintenance performed on Endeavor’s aircraft. Leading the Maintenance Planning organization, Greg’s team plans all line maintenance, heavy maintenance, and projects on the fleet.
Greg began his career in the airlines nearly 20 years ago, at Northwest Airlines in Human Resources and Delta Air Lines as a Senior Engineer in TechOps, where he was involved with process improvement and several technology projects. Prior to his airline career, he owned a private employment consulting firm that provided services to people with disabilities or other disadvantages. He has a bachelor's degree from Bemidji State University in Mass Communication.
Greg lives in Minnesota with his wife and two daughters. While not at work, you can likely find him up at the family lake home enjoying watersports, in his side-by-side exploring backwoods trails or snowmobiling in Montana/Idaho.
