Since 1967, ERG Aerospace has been the leading manufacturer of open celled metal, carbon, and ceramic foam. We are the sole manufacturer of Duocel® foam and develop solutions for high performance applications including energy absorbers, thermal shields, closed loop cooling, optical mirrors, heat exchangers, lightweight high-strength structures, filters and more. Our experienced in-house engineering, product testing, and production teams have worked with customers in a variety of industries to design and implement solutions from the ground up. All of our flight proven materials are made in the USA in our AS9100 certified production facilities in California and Nevada.
