FDC Aero Composites offers advanced composite engineering and manufacturing solutions to major OEMs, integrators and suppliers across North America, including build-to-print and build-to-spec parts of complex assemblies. FDC uses autoclave, CNC machine, RTM, infusion and other composite techniques to deliver turn-key solutions, including engineering, design, prototyping, certification, serial manufacturing and complete assembly (including paint and the integration of non-composite parts). FDC Aero Composites core product line includes exterior and interior (cabin) panels, modular galleys, cockpit doors, radomes and housings, to name a few.
