Company Description

EB Airfoils is dedicated to the repair, repair development and overhaul of Fan and Compressor Airfoils for commercial, military and power generation platforms, to include PW4000, PW2000/F117, V2500, CFM56, TF33, F100 and LM6000. The use of Electron Beam Welding was pioneered for the Long Leading Edge repairs on multiple Fan Blade Platforms being utilized today. Applied technologies include Hot Forming, Plasma Coatings, HVOF applied coatings, Adaptive Machining and various Surface treatments. EBA is FAA, EASA and AS9110 certified.
