Profile
Benjamin Moreau is today SVP Strategy & Business Development at AFI KLM E&M. Over the last 20 years, he held multiple positions where he designed adaptive solutions to Airlines around the globe and developed an extensive experience on MRO supply-chain.
An alumnus of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace, Benjamin started his career as a consultant at A.T. Kearney before moving to AFI KLM E&M in 2002. After several positions and responsibilities, he led Customer Services at the Components Division, where he oversaw operational, technical and contract support for 900 aircraft operated by approximately sixty customers. In 2014, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CRMA, an AFI KLM E&M group subsidiary specializing in engine modules and parts repairs. On his watch, the company saw significant growth, reflected in the doubling of its turnover in the space of four years. CRMA has seen through a number of large-scale organizational projects to develop its operations, such as building additional capacity premises or a leaner self-supportive organization designed to meet the performance levels expected by its customers. In 2018 he was named SVP Components, leading the strategy of AFI KLM E&M's component business, the development of the Group's capacity in this segment and the management and coordination of the supply chain for the Air France-KLM's fleets and the ones of more than 200 customer airlines worldwide. In January 2022, he was appointed SVP Strategy & Business Development.
