As Chief Operating Officer of Aero Norway, Dag Johnsen is responsible for ensuring that the maintenance of all customers’ CFM56 engines is carried out with precision to the highest regulatory standards. He manages his team of specialist technicians, streamlining workflow for maximum efficiency and fast turn-around to meet demanding operator deadlines with an astute focus on sustained quality. With a career in aviation spanning more than thirty years, Johnsen brings a wealth of experience to his position. Prior to joining Aero Norway in January 2024, he worked for United Airlines where he managed the Powerplant Engineering Team for the past ten years and had direct oversight of the technical support of more than 700 CFM56-7B engines in operation.
