Oksana Bardygula has 34 years of commercial aviation industry and consulting experience. She is a first generation American, whose parents, both Ukrainian, escaped Soviet and Nazi occupations. She has been passionate about aviation as a child, and today as a Vice President at Oliver Wyman CAVOK, is focused on MRO strategy, operational efficiency, maintenance & engineering, and technology, including content management. Oksana has extensive experience working in North & Central America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Prior to Oliver Wyman, she worked at McDonnell Douglas, FedEx, Bombardier, and was the founder of the MYRA group, offering operations excellence and engineering consulting.
Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, she has been working with colleagues to obtain cargo lift to carry both medical and tactical military protective supplies for civilians from the US into Ukraine. She recently returned from Ukraine where she, her brother, and two other Ukrainian – Americans brought and distributed 68 suitcases carrying much needed supplies.
