Our Rexnord location in Simi Valley manufactures Rexlon self-lubricated bearings used throughout commercial jets, as well as regional and business aircraft. Rexnord holds PMA approval for thousands of bearings in support of these aircraft and is also an FAA approved Component Repair Station.
At the Rexnord Downers Grove location we also have an FAA Repair station for Carbon/Mechanical Seals ranging from the PT6 all the way to the PW4000 engines. We also have seal repairs that cover the APU families of Pratt, Hamilton Sundstrand, and Honeywell.
Rexnord is also in the Gear Manufacturing business, see us about your shafts, splines, and bevel gears. Cut Teeth manufacturing is a specialty. From the size of a quarter to an 8 foot shaft.
