It is the Electrical Component Analysis System (ECAS); a suite of electrical circuit analysis and diagnostics tools designed to meet the electrical maintenance requirements of military environments. These tools include; programmable circuit analyzers, an ancillary programmable external load module and a hand-held wiring fault location meter. One popular configuration is known as the Automatic Wire Test Set (AWTS). Products include qualification to MIL-PRF-28800 Class I and II environmental requirements.
