Alisha Nowlin grew up crisscrossing the United States as an Air Force military brat. Brat might be one word to describe, but most notable is her drive and passion for helping people become the best they can be. She coaches individuals and teams to go from good to great, great to incredible, and incredible to unstoppable. As the founder and CEO of Nowlin and Company, a boutique leadership coaching and consulting practice, Alisha is on a mission to develop and transform leaders who will stand out among a giant sea of leaders.
With over twenty years across multiple industries and positions in corporate America, Alisha has seen it all. Taking cues from the exceptional leaders she had the opportunity to work with and learn from, Alisha set out on a journey to discover how she can help people become the best version of themselves at work and in life. That journey led to coaching. As a certified coach focused on leadership development and transformation, Alisha works with leaders at all levels within organizations. In addition, she works with teams to improve the working dynamics for increased effectiveness and productivity.
Alisha studied International Relations and International Management at Troy University and is certified as an ACC coach through the International Coach Federation, the gold standard in coach accreditation. In addition to her formal studies, she is highly trained in Program/Project Management with a strong emphasis on Risk and Issue Management.
She currently resides in Northern Virginia and escapes to the Shenandoah mountains as often as possible.
