Nicole Huque is a principal in the Global Aviation, Aerospace & Defense practice at Krauthamer & Associates (K&A), specializing in board and senior executive placements. She has built executive teams in North America, Europe and Asia for Fortune 500's, PE portfolio companies, government agencies, pre-IPO start-ups and large multinationals including the world's leading OEM'S, MRO's, lessors, airlines and defense primes.
Nicole is a strong advocate for advancing diversity and gender balance in the C-suite and boardroom, and she is active in a number of civic, nonprofit, and professional organizations. She currently serves on the board of AIRLINK (a global humanitarian relief organization), and is a member of the Wings Club, International Aviation Womens Association (IAWA), International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT), and Rotary International.
Ms. Huque holds a bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Waterloo in Canada, and MBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
