Danielle is VP Worldwide Customer Support & Aftermarket Sales for Commercial Aviation with Embraer. She has spent her career in technical and customer facing roles in the Aerospace Industry, leading teams, solving customer problems, value selling, and building customer relationships throughout the entire lifecycle of aircraft production—with a focus on the Commercial and Military side of the business, and Aftermarket Services.
Prior to joining Embraer, Danielle worked for GE Aviation as the Director of Boeing Distribution for Military Service Operations, and spent over a decade working for Boeing Commercial Airplanes—Danielle was part of the founding team that became Boeing Global Services; she was the Strategic Marketing Director for Avionics, Airframe Performance & Systems (AP&S) & Interiors, where she oversaw and directed worldwide market and customer elements, and grew her passion and appreciation for the world of Services & Support.
Danielle holds a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Aircraft Composite Materials & Manufacturing from the University of Washington, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.
