Drew Skaff is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain for Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. based in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, and his supply chain responsibilities at Republic include Technical Purchasing, General Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Repair and Warranty, AOG, Material Planning and Supply Chain Operations. In 2005, Drew was the airline Chairman for the Air Carriers Purchasing Conference.
Prior to his career at Republic, Drew supported Frontier Airlines as Director of Supply Chain, AirTran Airways as Director of Purchasing and America West Airlines as a Senior Buyer. His tenured experience at various airlines shaped a broad knowledge base of various fleet types and industry segmentation and has provided diversified exposure to a vast supply base. Drew has supported executive leadership teams to develop and implement restructure activities, analyze fleet acquisition and divestiture activities, and complete strategic corporate initiatives. Given his industry insight, Drew has been published over eight times in industry and supply chain periodicals. He earned an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business, Rollins College and BS Finance from Arizona State University. Drew resides in Indiana with his wife and three children.
