Company Description

The San Antonio MBDA Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMC) is funded by the Minority Business Development Agency and operated by the Institute for Economic Development at the University of Texas at San Antonio. AMC provides minority-owned businesses in manufacturing-related industries with business development services, including access to contract and subcontracting opportunities, access to conventional lending and alternative financing, business consultations at the strategic and operational levels, and referral services to advanced manufacturing specialty centers. The AMC also collaborates with procurement agencies, prime contractors, and OEMs in supply chain diversification by prospecting and qualifying MBEs all around the country.
