As the VP Technical Services, Christoph Blaha oversees the technical operations of the Luxair fleet since 2017, covering all activities of the engineering and maintenance teams in Luxembourg as well as the management of the contracted maintenance providers and the phase-in/-out of aircraft. Previously been with Lufthansa Technik in various management positions in Germany and abroad he gained a wide experience in all aspects of aircraft maintenance including design engineering, customer service and key account management. Mainly based in Germany, he worked and lived a number of years in Dubai and Brussels. Being a mechanical engineer by education he holds a Ph.D. from Darmstadt University in Germany.
