Maciej Wilk has been cooperating with LOT since 2010, when he was tasked – as a PwC consultant – with drawing up the LOT Restructuring Plan. In 2013, he assumed the position of the Head of Financial Controlling Department, later becoming a proxy of the Management Board and supervising, inter alia, the new strategy development.


In 2017, Maciej Wilk joined the Management Board as Chief Operating Officer and as Accountable Manager was tasked with supervising the safety and quality of the operations. He has since completed over 100 initiatives resulting, inter alia, in improving punctuality and regularity of carriage operations, as well as in boosting cost effectiveness, with the strictest safety standards maintained.
