Profile

Geraldine Cros has been with IATA for twelve years. She is the Operational Cost Manager of IATA's Flight Operations Department. She is currently working for the Operational Efficiency & Cost Management program, and, among other things, is responsible for Maintenance Cost Technical Group (MCTG) data collection and annual benchmark report.

Geraldine has worked with Airbus in Toulouse, France as a member of the Customer Services group with the primary function to develop and maintain the ETOPS Activity Report for the Airbus worldwide fleet. She developed a unique database and designed the first ETOPS Activity Report website.

Before joining Airbus, Geraldine worked for media and communication agencies in Paris, France. Some of her former clients include Unilever and Ferrero.

Geraldine holds a BS in Business, and has completed post grad studies in Marketing and IT.
