Helical Lap I.D. & O.D. cylindrical lapping tools are used for precision finishing operations and are used worldwide by airlines, military, OEMs, and MRO facilities for applications requiring ultra-precise roundness, concentricity & cylindricity such as servo controls, hydraulic valves, fuel system components, & landing gear. Holding tolerances on diameter size and cylindricity to the sub-micron level is routinely achieved. Tools can be made as small as .043 up to 6” in dia and up to 14” long. We supply high-quality abrasives designed for scratch free finishes & fast stock removal.
