Exotic Metals Forming - Aircraft Services is an award winning OEM manufacturer and FAA/EASA/CAAC approved 145 repair station for titanium, nickel alloy, and stainless steel sheet metal components. Our company manufactures and repairs high pressure bleed air pneumatic ducts and manifolds, engine exhaust plugs and nozzles, APU exhaust mufflers, ECS ducting, wing anti-ice tubes, vacuum waste tubes and other complex sheet metal assemblies. In addition, we offer OEM licensed spares components and also regularly develop FAA DER repairs to overhaul our customers+ most heavily damaged components.
