Profile:
Kris is the LEAP-1B Engine Program Director for CFM International. Employed by GE Aviation within the CFM partnership, he is responsible for the overall product leadership and general management of the LEAP-1B engine program.
Kris graduated from Ohio University’s Russ College of Engineering in 1993. He joined GE Aviation in 1995 after working at Ford Motor Company in Detroit and received a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati while completing GE Aviation’s Advanced Courses in Engineering. Kris has held positions in Product Support Engineering, Customer Support Management, Six Sigma and various role in Engine Product Management. Most recently, Kris was Director of the CFM56-7B Engine Program. He started his current role leading the LEAP-1B Program in 2011.
