Paula is responsible for advancing the use of additive design and manufacturing for production parts. She and her team support all the CollinsAerospace business units.
During her 20 years with CollinsAerospace, Paula has held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, program management, business development, and operations. Her most recent prior roles included being Executive Director of Operations, Quality, and EH&S lead for Interiors, Actuation, and Propeller Systems Business Unit and Executive Assistant to the President of CollinsAerospace.
Previously Paula also held the roles of Collins AerospaceSales & Operations Planning; Strategy & Development covering Space Systems, Actuation, and Propeller systems; Business Development for Space Systems; Deputy Program Manager for the EMU Spacesuit Program; and Systems engineer on the EMU program.
Before joining Collins Aerospace, Paula was a Captain in the U.S. Air Force. She was stationed at Los Angeles AFB, CA starting as a propulsion engineer and working up the role of Chief Engineer for the Titan II launch vehicle. After her assignment in California, she spent time at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.
