Dan joined GE in 1993 through the Operations Management Leadership Program and progressed through several manufacturing roles, including Sourcing Six Sigma Black Belt Leader at GE Transportation and plant leadership roles at GE Aviation before joining the GE90 team as the Product Operations Leader. In 2012, he was named General Manager for International Programs with responsibility for revenue-sharing and joint-venture partnerships.
Dan then served as the Business Program Manager for the Accelerated Leadership Program, working with a team across the GE businesses to design and launch the program. He was also instrumental in the cultivation and expansion of GE Aviation’s successful Junior Officer Leadership Program.
He assumed his current role as General Manager of Component Repair more than two years ago and has grown the business significantly. With five repair facilities along with overhaul repair and partnership repair operations, the Component Repair team focuses on increasing capacity and yield in conjunction with turn-around-time improvement to support customers.
Dan is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering.
